Heather, although I love your recipes I really miss a closeup of the finished dish. It would be nice in an intro (so that we can see it in advance) and then again at the end of the video.

@healthyvegan Thank *you* for sharing the recipe! I’m going through your website and loving it . I find that we have a similar cooking philosophy: looking at what you’re cooking rather than measuring a lot, staying away of commercial meat/cheese replacers, and in general trying to make things healthier, but still yummy . I’m really happy I came across your videos, and then your website.
